Twice-cooked tofu
Overview
There is a dish called Twice-cooked Pork, which everyone must like to eat. I replaced the meat with tofu and named it twice-cooked tofu, which is the vegetarian version of twice-cooked pork.

Prepare the required ingredients

Cut the tofu into triangular pieces, pour a little oil into an electric pan and fry the tofu until slightly brown

Cut colored peppers, onions, and chili peppers into strips

Fry until fragrant
