Wash the ribs.

Pour into boiling water and blanch and remove.

Pour water into the pot, add brine, salt, cooking wine, and pork ribs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat. Simmer the pork ribs for 40 minutes, turn off the heat, and soak for 10 minutes to taste.

Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, taro, and green and red peppers.

Prepare seasonings.

Remove the ribs and drain.

Peel and cut taro into strips. Cut green and red peppers into rings.

Deep-fry the taro strips in hot oil.

Fry the spareribs in oil until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Add oil to the pot and saute minced ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add 1 teaspoon of spicy sauce and 1 teaspoon of flavored tempeh.

Add green and red pepper.

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to boil, add chicken essence, monosodium glutamate and sugar.

Pour in Sichuan peppercorn oil and chili oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Remove from the pot and pour it into a plate (put the taro strips on the bottom of the plate, and place the ribs on the taro strips).
