Black pepper steak
Overview
Steak, or steak, is a cut of beef and one of the most common foods in Western food. The cooking methods of steak are mainly frying and grilling. There are many types of steaks, and the following four are common: 1. TENDERLOIN (tender beef tenderloin, beef tenderloin) TENDERLOIN is also called FILLET (fillet). It is the tenderest meat on the beef spine and contains almost no fat. Therefore, it is very popular among friends who love lean meat. 2.RIB-EYE (rib-eye steak) is the meat on the beef rib, which is both lean and fatty. Because it contains a certain amount of fat, this kind of meat tastes better when grilled. 3.SIRLOIN (Sirloin Steak, Sirloin Steak, Beef Tenderloin). It is the meat from the outer spine of the beef. It contains a certain amount of fat. There is a ring of white tendons on the outside of the meat. The overall taste is strong, hard and chewy. It is suitable for young people and people with good teeth. 4. T-BONE (T-bone steak) Also called T-bone, it is T-shaped (or "T"-shaped) and is the backbone meat on the back of the beef. The two sides of the T shape are larger and smaller on one side. The larger one is sirloin and the smaller one is fillet. The middle is separated by the ribs.
