Home-style stir-fry------[Four Dings of Oyster Sauce]
Overview
Sometimes I can't finish the groceries at one time, so I just put them in the refrigerator. A carrot, a ham sausage, a king oyster mushroom, and two potatoes are all put together to stir-fry. Not to mention filling the rice, it's the most enjoyable to eat with a spoon!

Prepare the raw materials;

Wash, peel and dice the carrots, wash, peel and dice the potatoes, remove the outer packaging of the ham and dice it, wash and dice the king oyster mushrooms;

Peel and mince ginger;

In a small bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, seasoning, and appropriate amount of water, stir well into a bowl and set aside;

Heat oil in a wok over low heat and stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant;

Add diced carrots and stir-fry over medium heat;

Add diced potatoes and stir-fry;

When the diced potatoes and carrots are ripe, add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry;

Cut off the king oyster mushrooms and add diced ham;

Stir well and add the prepared sauce;

After the vegetables are fragrant, add water starch to thicken the gravy;

Stir fry evenly;

Ready to plate and eat!
