Hazelnut Cocoa Balls
Overview
A simple biscuit that does not require whipping butter, but is super crispy and full of the aroma of hazelnuts and cocoa. I can’t stop eating one after another. Thank you Cixin Xiaozhi for sharing.

Ingredients
Steps
-
The raw materials should be weighed and ready for use.
-
After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar and mix evenly with a spatula.
-
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and mix well.
-
Add hazelnut powder and mix well.
-
Use your hands to form a ball without over-kneading.
-
Divide the ingredients into about 8 grams each, roll into a round ball, heat the middle layer to 175 degrees and lower the heat to 160 degrees, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes (the surface of some finished products will be slightly cracked, but it will not affect the taste).
