Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all the bread ingredients except butter into the bread machine (liquid first, then powder), dig a hole in the middle of the flour, pour the yeast powder in, and start the dough mixing process.
-
Knead until the dough forms for 10 minutes, then add butter and continue kneading for about 10 minutes to form a uniform dough.
-
Start the fermentation process and let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
-
Take out the dough to deflate and divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 9-inch loaf.
-
Put the rolled dough into the pizza pan, press the dough with your hands, and squeeze out a round edge on the edge. Use a spoon to press out a round outline on the edge of the dough to make the outline more obvious.
-
Prick vent holes in the crust with a fork until the vent holes are pierced, and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then take out and set aside. (If you find it troublesome, you can omit this step, and you can extend the baking time appropriately later). Make the other pizza crust in the same way. If you are only making one pizza crust at that time, the remaining pizza crust can be sealed in a fresh-keeping bag after baking and allowed to cool, and stored in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, take it out and defrost it, and continue with the following operations.
-
Break off the corn kernels, cut the carrots into pieces, cook for a while, then drain the water and set aside.
-
Add all pizza sauce ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
-
Put it in the microwave, cover it and add it over medium heat for 1 minute, take it out and mix well, then heat it for another 1 minute to make the pizza sauce.
-
Prepare the required pizza toppings, including mushrooms, green peppers and bacon.
-
Spread pizza sauce on the pizza base.
-
Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
-
Place sliced mushrooms on top.
-
Layer with sliced bacon.
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.
-
Then take out the pizza and continue to sprinkle with corn kernels, carrot dices and green pepper shreds.
-
Finally sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
-
The delicious bacon and mushroom garden pizza is now ready.
