Heat the lard in water and melt it. Add water and mix well. Add sugar and plain flour and knead into a dough. Leave it for 20 minutes

Knead corn oil and low-gluten flour into puff pastry dough. Divide the dough into equal portions. Divide the dough into slightly larger pieces.

Wrap the pastry dough in water-oil skin and flatten it into a long oval shape. Fold 3/1 from top to bottom and then fold 3/1 from bottom to top. Roll it into a round shape and put on bean paste

Wrap it up and close it, place it in the oven, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds

Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat up and down at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
