Stir-fried Balang Fish with Loofah
Overview
I originally wanted to find some information about dried Balang fish on the Internet, but there was not much introduction about it. Dried Balang fish is very common in our area. When you buy it, you usually pick out the bones and break it into small pieces, fry it in a pan, then add some soy sauce and boil it in water for a while, and finally add some green onions. It will be very delicious when cooked, and it is very good for porridge. I saw that there was still a loofah at home and there were not many Balang fish left, so I put them together and fried them.
