Air fryer version of fried hairtail
Overview
The easiest way to fry hairtail that saves fuel and has no fumes is to use an air fryer. It’s really fuel-saving, just a little bit is enough, and there’s really no fumes. What a blessing for a cook! The taste is not bad, eat healthily, and take action!

Remove the head and tail of the hairtail, remove the internal organs, scales, and abdominal black membrane, and cut into segments

Chop onion, ginger and garlic

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, mix well, refrigerate and marinate for 2-4 hours
