Prepare appropriate amount of white radish, peel and wash.

Appropriate amount of large green pepper and bell pepper.

Appropriate amount of ginger and garlic.

Cut the radish into strips about two millimeters thick.

Cut green peppers and bell peppers into strips about two millimeters thick.

Crush ginger and garlic and dice.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and green pepper together and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry until most of the radish is soft and translucent, add salt and stir-fry over high heat.

Add bell pepper and stir-fry over high heat.

When all the radish shreds become soft and crystal clear, turn off the heat and add chicken essence and stir-fry.

Remove from pot and plate.
