Steps
-
All dough ingredients are ready.
-
The fillings are ready.
-
Put the dough ingredients except butter into the dough bucket of the chef's machine. Put the liquid first and then the flour, which is opposite to the bread machine program.
-
Knead on low setting for ten minutes.
-
Add the softened butter, beat at low speed until the butter is completely absorbed, then knead at the second speed until the dough expands and a thin film can be pulled out.
-
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
-
This is fermented dough.
-
The inside is brushed.
-
Knead well, deflate and let stand for fifteen minutes to complete the intermediate fermentation.
-
Take it out and roll it into a square piece.
-
Line a square baking pan with oiled paper and carefully put the dough pieces in for secondary fermentation.
-
Let it rise for the second time until it doubles in size and the thickness has risen. Preheat the oven to 180°.
-
Brush the surface with a layer of egg wash.
-
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, of course, white sesame seeds will work too.
-
Put it in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown. I forgot to take a picture, this is freshly baked.
-
Take it out, the surface will be golden brown.
-
Carefully place upside down on the drying net.
-
When it is slightly cool, spread salad dressing on the bottom of the bread, the side that was not brushed with egg wash.
-
Sprinkled with pork floss, I actually forgot to sprinkle with chopped chives.
-
Make a few cuts on the side you are going to roll. Do not cut it. This will make it easier to roll. Carefully roll it into a cylindrical shape.
-
Wrap it in oil paper and let it sit for half an hour to set.
-
Cut off the uneven parts at both ends and cut into several sections in the middle.
-
I like to eat something with a stronger flavor, so I smear one end of the cut noodles with salad dressing.
-
Dip in pork floss.
-
Wow, that’s a lot.
-
Dip the other side into pork floss as well.
-
It’s more economical to make it yourself.
-
Be beautiful.
-
Drooling.
-
Place in a sealed box.
-
Don't put it in the refrigerator, it will harden easily.
-
Because there is salad dressing, try to finish it in a short time.
