Mix flour, carrot juice, yeast, and brown sugar into a thick, smooth batter.

Pour the batter into a non-stick mold, smooth the surface slightly, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on the surface.

Pour cold water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for 35 minutes. Turn off the heat for 3-5 minutes, then open the lid and take it out.
