Pour sugar, condensed milk, light cream, and coconut milk into a mixing bowl and mix evenly;

Sift low-gluten flour, milk powder, cornstarch and custard powder and mix evenly;

Pour in the softened liquid part and add butter;

Mix by hand until the surface is not sticky and set aside;

Soften the butter in the mooncake filling and mix with the powdered sugar evenly;

Add the beaten eggs in batches;

Add milk and condensed milk slowly and mix evenly;

Sift in the starch powder and milk powder, and stir gently by hand;

Steam pastries in the Depp steamer for 25 minutes, stirring every few minutes until they solidify;

Seal the mooncake skin and mooncake filling with plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes;

Divide the mooncake skin into 25g pieces each, divide the mooncake filling into 30g pieces, and roll them into balls;

Press the dough thinly, place the custard filling in the middle of the dough and wrap it up

Place the mooncake mold into the mold, squeeze it onto the baking sheet, and brush with egg yolk liquid.
