Tin foil 60-year-old vermicelli
Overview
I don’t know when the sixty-year-old fans started a craze, so I jumped on the trend and made it, and it really captured people’s hearts easily. You can replace the vermicelli with fine rice noodles, and you can eat whatever you want with the ingredients you make at home.

Steps
-
Wash off the sixty-year-old vomiting sand
-
Soak the vermicelli in warm water for a while. I soaked it a little too much
-
Cut the onion and ginger into strips, mince the garlic, chop the coriander, cut half the green and red pepper into dices and half into rings, wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the roots,
-
Line a round baking pan with a layer of tin foil and a layer of shredded onion and ginger
-
Put a few flower armors
-
Place enoki mushrooms
-
Sprinkle half of the chopped green and red pepper and garlic
-
Spread vermicelli
-
Put the remaining flower armor, then the remaining green and red pepper diced, minced garlic, coriander and shredded green onions
-
Sprinkle a layer of salt and chicken essence carefully, add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and boiling water until the baking pan is half full
-
Wrap with tin foil
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes in advance
-
Put in the wrapped vermicelli and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
-
Open it and take a look. It feels almost cooked. The 60-year-old is about to speak. Take off the tin foil
-
Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes,
-
It’s baked and it’s delicious
-
Just sprinkle with green and red pepper rings. I put too much ingredients. A full baking tray is enough for three people.
