Steam and mash the pumpkin

Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour

Knead it into a dough that is not too dry (it is best to add pumpkin into the glutinous rice flour little by little)

I have made some changes to the fillings. Usually I put red bean paste. This time I added some coconut black sesame seeds and yogurt. It depends on your preference. Mix the coconut black sesame seeds, yogurt and white sugar together. Just don’t make it too watery

Put oil in the pan

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a ball, press it flat, fill it with filling and tighten the bottom

Press flat on the pan and fry on both sides over low heat
