Sesame Steak
Overview
Whether it is black sesame or white sesame, whether it is served cold or pressed into oil, the biggest characteristic of sesame is its fragrance. If fried together with the tender tenderloin, the fragrance will be even more fragrant

Steps
-
Cut the beef tenderloin into thick slices and use the back of the knife to smash the muscles loosely (it would be more professional to use a hammer like the one used to smash steaks)
-
Marinate with salt, black pepper, red wine, ginger, and green onions for 20 minutes
-
Dip the marinated beef tenderloin in a layer of flour
-
Then dip in egg liquid
-
Finally dip it in white sesame seeds
-
Fry the steak in warm oil over low heat until lightly browned
-
Just load it into a plate
