After mixing the glutinous rice flour, rice flour and orange powder, add the mixture of milk, powdered sugar and olive oil, stir evenly without any particles and let it sit for 20 minutes

Take appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and microwave on medium heat for 5 minutes. These are for hand powder. Start to boil hot water. After boiling the water, cover the flour mixture with plastic wrap and steam over high heat for 25 minutes.

Cool the steamed flour for a while and then knead it for 10 minutes to make the noodles taste better.

Divide the filling evenly into 8 portions. (Or you can wrap it and divide it at the same time when making the bread. Note that the ratio of noodles to fillings is 6:4)

Divide the cooled dough into 8 even portions.

Start wrapping the mooncakes. After wrapping the fillings in the dough, be sure to pinch it tightly and make it into a round shape. Take an appropriate amount of hand flour and pour it into the mold. Kneel out the excess flour and put the mooncake dough into the mold and press it into shape.
