Stir-fried wild fungus
Overview
Stir-fried wild fungus is a dish that appeared in the first episode of "Bite of Tongue 2". Wild dried fungus is in small pieces, intact and rootless after soaking, and the flesh is even and thick. It floats on the water surface, and then slowly absorbs water. It absorbs a large amount of water, has thick leaves, and is evenly suspended in the water. It is brownish-yellow and slightly black. Black fungus has extremely high nutritional value. It has many functions such as nourishing blood and lungs, preventing obesity, cleaning the intestines, preventing and fighting cancer, and delaying aging.
