Homemade Drunkard Peanuts
Overview
I used to like a snack from the supermarket, Jiugui Peanut, which is spicy and crispy. But it's a bit expensive, so a bag of a little bit costs five or six yuan. A few days ago, my cousin came to my house and brought some home-grown peanuts. So I peeled some peanuts and roasted a plate of Drunken Peanuts in the air fryer. The taste was pretty good, but it seemed like I added a little too much chili powder and five-spice powder. This is much more convenient and trouble-free than frying.

Soak the peanuts for a few minutes first, it will be ready after a while, and it will be fine if you see wrinkles on the skin.

Peel off the red skin and drain the water.

Add various seasonings and mix well. Cut the dried chilies into several sections.

Marinate for half an hour.

Place a layer of oil paper on the frying basket of the air fryer, pour in the peanuts, and spread them as evenly as possible. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Take out the frying basket, shake the peanuts a few times, pull them with chopsticks, try to change the peanuts' position, and bake for another 5 minutes.

Because there were more peanuts, I flipped the peanuts again and roasted them for another 5 minutes, for a total of 20 minutes. If the amount of peanuts is small, the time can be appropriately reduced.
