Prepare materials. Wash the green peppers and set aside.

Peel and wash the preserved eggs, cut them in half, and then cut them into 6 equal parts.

Wash and cut green peppers and red peppers into sections, then cut into strips and mince.

tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp of pepper oil, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, a few drops of Maggi fresh oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, mix into juice and set aside.
