Overview
Northeastern people like to eat random stews every time this season comes. Just turn around the vegetable garden and you’ll have eggplants, beans, peppers, and peel a few potatoes, and you’ll have all the ingredients for stews!

Prepare beans, potatoes, eggplants, and peppers

Pork belly slices

Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add the pork belly and stir-fry to get out the lard inside

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add pepper, light soy sauce and cooking wine

Add the beans and continue to stir-fry

Stir-fry the beans until they change color. Add the eggplant, potatoes and appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer over high heat for 10 minutes

Add chili and salt and continue to stew. Check if it's done. Add coriander and it's ready to serve
