Of course, it would be better to use seabass, mandarin fish or other steamed fish. Steaming fish is the best method, but there are some important points. The cleaned fish should absorb the water and then marinate it with flavor. After steaming, it should be fully poured with juice, and finally a spoonful of hot oil should be added, so that the taste will be naturally fresh.
