Daylily, fungus and bone soup

Day lily is also called day lily. It is cool in nature and sweet in taste. It has the functions of clearing away heat, improving eyesight, and digesting food. Black fungus is also known as the best vegetarian food. Both dishes are stewed with pork ribs in soup, which is light and delicious, not greasy.

Chop the ribs well, soak them in clean water, and change the water two or three times.

Prepare the black fungus and daylily, soak them in warm water and wash them.

Pour cold water into the pot from the ribs, remove the foam when it boils, add ginger and green onions, and boil over high heat for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, add daylily and black fungus.

After the daylilies and fungus are cooked, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
