Cut the tofu into three to four centimeter pieces, slice the pork belly, soak the fungus, slice the green and red peppers, and cut the green onion into sections.

Pour oil into the pan and fry the tofu on the lowest heat

Fry the tofu until both sides are slightly brown, remove and set aside

Add the pork belly and stir-fry the oil, add the bean paste and garlic and ginger slices. Add some rice wine, stir-fry soy sauce, and pour in the fried tofu.

Then add green pepper, red pepper and stir-fry, add salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, fungus and stir-fry, and finally add green onions and stir-fry out of the pot.
