Wash the pork belly, scrape and clean the pig skin, peel the potatoes, and wash the chicken wings

Prepare the seasoning

First fry the pork belly, chicken wing roots, and potatoes in the pan for a while. Fry the pork belly first, and a small amount of oil will come out. Then add the seasonings to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put the fried meat, chicken wings and potatoes into the pot and stir-fry, add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce to taste.

After stir-frying, add water or stock, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly. It will take about 1 hour and 30 to 2 hours to complete. Just check whether the taste requires adding salt before serving.
