Overview
It’s rare to make a puff pastry. It took me a long time, and the time was inconsistent. In the end, I just made do with it. . It tastes good~~ Ingredients: Oil crust: 100g all-purpose flour, 10g fine sugar, 45g water, 35g lard. Pastry: 90g low-gluten flour, 55g lard. Coconut cheese filling: 50g coconut, 30g powdered sugar, 15g milk powder, 40g cream cheese, 25g egg liquid, 25g dried cranberries
