  1. Add all the ingredients except black sesame seeds and egg whites to the bread bucket,

  2. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for 25 minutes,

  3. Select the fermentation function and ferment for 25 minutes,

  4. Roll the fermented dough directly into a rectangle,

  5. Brush the surface with egg white and sprinkle with black sesame seeds,
