Tear off the plastic cover of the tofu, place it upside down on a plate, and use scissors to cut small holes in the four corners of the box.

Easily remove whole tofu

Cut the soft tofu into small pieces and put it into a deeper container

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt
