Overview

Hand-made granola with zero additives. It can be paired with yogurt every day, eaten dry or as a snack. It can be sealed and stored at room temperature for one month.

Steps

  1. Pour the oats into the pan, stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant (it will burn easily over high heat), and then pour into a flat plate to cool.

  2. Add brown sugar, maple syrup, and corn oil to the pot and heat over high heat. Fry until the brown sugar melts and bubbles, turn off the heat and add the oatmeal and nuts that you fried previously.

  3. Turn the heat back to low and stir constantly with a spatula. From the initial thick state, stir until it becomes granular without moisture. Turn off the heat.

  4. Add the dried fruit into 3 and stir evenly.

  5. Then pour into a flat plate lined with parchment paper and spread out to cool.

  6. After it is completely cooled, store it in a bottle or sealed bag. It can be stored at room temperature for one month.
