Blanch the spareribs.

Boil a pot of water again, add the pork ribs, green onions and ginger slices and cook.

Soak the sauerkraut in water for 1 hour, then wash it 3 times.

Add sauerkraut to pot.

If the water runs low during the 2 hours of cooking, add boiling water.

Add salt and vermicelli.
