Pan-fried tofu
Overview
I just got my first electric baking pan. I like to eat tofu, especially tofu from Dachengzi, so I tried my hand at it and the result was pretty good. It was a bit salty when I made it for the first time, because I made the chili sauce myself and it is already salty. The tempeh and soy sauce are also salty, so I didn’t consider the salt carefully when I added it. But it doesn't matter, overall it's still good. Hope it will be better next time. O(∩_∩)O~

Ingredients
Steps
-
First prepare the condiments: chopped green onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped black bean, hot sauce (I made the hot sauce myself)
-
Cut half of the dried chilies into sections and put them in a bowl for later use. Heat a little oil in the pot, add 20 Sichuan peppercorns and 2 aniseed ingredients. After frying until fragrant, put a colander on the bowl, pour the oil into the bowl containing the dried chili peppers, and drain out the Sichuan peppercorns and aniseed ingredients. At this time, the aroma of chili pepper is also exploded.
-
Find an empty bowl, put all the above ingredients into the bowl, then add water, salt, dark soy sauce and starch, stir well and set aside.
-
Cut the tofu into cubes
-
After preheating the electric baking pan, brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pan, then place the tofu cubes on the electric baking pan and heat for about 3 minutes
-
When you see one side of the tofu frying until golden brown, turn over and continue frying for about 3 minutes. After both sides are fried.
-
Add the prepared soup and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
-
When the soup thickens, sprinkle with a little chopped green onion and serve.
