  1. Wash shrimps and clams.

  4. Wash and chop green peppers, red peppers, green onions, coriander, ginger, and garlic.

  5. Tom yum paste, fresh beetroot, coconut milk, mint leaves.

  6. Turn on high heat, heat the oil in the wok, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  7. Add bone broth, tom yum paste and fresh bell pepper and bring to a boil.
