Quick and easy braised pork rice

I have made braised pork rice too many times, and I have made some improvements every time. This time I made it quickly, but my husband said it was the most delicious!

Pork belly diced

Dice onions and mushrooms (I forgot to take a photo of the onions)

Boil the eggs, peel them and set them aside

Fry the onions first. When they are crispy, add the pork belly and stir-fry. When the pork belly turns white, add the diced mushrooms, minced ginger and garlic, and the seasonings in the bowl. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, five-spice powder... Stir-fry! ! !
