  1. Prepare ingredients. Clean the squid, remove the internal organs and surface membrane, and cut into small pieces.

  3. Boil some water in a pot, add 2 slices of ginger and a little cooking wine. After boiling, blanch the squid for 2 seconds and take it out immediately.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and chili peppers and fry until fragrant.

  6. Stir fry for two minutes, add some water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

  7. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

  8. The squid is easy to cook. Put it in the pan and stir-fry it for a minute, but don't fry it for too long.
