Fried squid with garlic sprouts

Squid is my favorite. It is delicious whether it is boiled, steamed, grilled or fried.

Prepare ingredients. Clean the squid, remove the internal organs and surface membrane, and cut into small pieces.

Cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces and the pepper into cubes.

Boil some water in a pot, add 2 slices of ginger and a little cooking wine. After boiling, blanch the squid for 2 seconds and take it out immediately.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and chili peppers and fry until fragrant.

Put the garlic sprouts into the pot.

Stir fry for two minutes, add some water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

The squid is easy to cook. Put it in the pan and stir-fry it for a minute, but don't fry it for too long.

Add a small amount of salt and chicken essence before serving.
