Spicy vermicelli

Overview

There are always spicy hotpots selling street food with vermicelli in it, but I always feel that the snacks outside are not as clean as my own, so I made a bowl of spicy vermicelli and it tasted pretty good

1. 1 Prepare the ingredients, a ball of vermicelli, sliced black fungus, sliced ham, washed green leafy vegetables

   

2. 2 After sautéing the chopped green onions, add water, bring to a boil, and add the vermicelli

   

3. 3 Next, black fungus and ham slices

   

4. 4 Put a spoonful of spicy oil
