Pork and Chive Steamed Dumplings
Overview
I planted a small patch of leeks at home. I went back some time ago and saw that they were growing very well. So I cut a handful and used it to make dumplings. Super fragrant!

Prepare ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, rice wine, cornstarch, and peanut oil to the minced meat, stir evenly, add a small amount of water, and continue stirring clockwise for a few minutes.

Wash the chives and leeks, drain and chop into small pieces.

Add to the meat filling and stir evenly.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling into it.

Boil a pot of water. When the water boils, put the dumplings in and steam them over high heat.

Steam for about 15 minutes.
