Beans stewed with potatoes
Overview
I like these bulging beans and thin-skinned beans. There are very few in the market. My sister’s family grows them every year and freezes some in autumn to satisfy my cravings in the winter. The flavor of the beans is unmatched by ordinary beans. I especially like the stewed potatoes. The texture of the noodles makes me full without staple food.
