Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices and set aside.

Remove seeds from green and red peppers, wash and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

Wash the green garlic and cut into sections, slice the ginger and set aside.

Heat the wok, pour a little oil into the wok, add pork belly and stir-fry until slightly brown and oily.

Add ginger slices, cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry.

Add green garlic and stir-fry.

Add salt, a little sugar, and MSG, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and place on the plate.
