Prepare winter melon and dried shrimps, peel and cut the winter melon into cubes.

Put onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper oil in the pot and fry the winter melon until it turns yellow.

Make sauce with light soy sauce, oyster sauce and water.

Add dried shrimps and fry until cooked.
