Overview
The yam, fungus and fungus are a crisp, refreshing and non-greasy stir-fry. If you have eaten too many greasy meat dishes, it will be a good choice to have a lighter dish.

Take an appropriate amount of dried fungus and soak it in warm water

Wash the soaked fungus with water and peel the yam.

Slice the red pepper and put it on the plate with the fungus.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour into the pot and blanch the water.

After blanching, rinse with cold water and drain.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the freshly cut yam slices into the pot and stir-fry.

Pour in the fungus and red pepper, add a little water and an appropriate amount of salt, then add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times before serving.

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, then drizzle with a little sesame oil.
