Collection of raw materials. Shred cabbage and carrots.

Cook the vermicelli for 2 minutes and soak.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add carrot shreds and stir-fry

Add cabbage and stir-fry

Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry

Remove the vermicelli, pour water on it and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce, very fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add a little salt (because oyster sauce is salty) and chicken essence before serving.
