Prepare ingredients.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
Pour in marshmallows.
Stir constantly until the cotton is fully melted.
Pour in milk powder and stir evenly. Turn off the heat, add nuts and cranberries and stir evenly.
Transfer the sugar cubes to the silicone mat and knead evenly with your hands.
Place in a special baking pan for nougat and compact.
Let cool, cut into pieces, and package.
