Main raw materials.

Wash and cut tomatoes into pieces and set aside.

Wash the beef, blanch it and set aside.

Heat oil, add seasonings, green onions, ginger, and bay leaves and sauté until fragrant.

Add tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly, add tomatoes and stir-fry.

Fry the tomatoes to make soup.

Add hot water to the pressure cooker and add beef.

Add fried tomatoes.

Add chopped potatoes and carrots. Add cooking wine salt. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and simmer the beef until cooked through.

Peel and shred onions.

Put the onion shreds into the stewed beef soup and bring to a boil again.
