Whip the light cream until it becomes fluid, pour it into the cheese paste, stir evenly and set aside

Soak finger biscuits in coffee wine to absorb the wine, then place an appropriate amount at the bottom of the container

A layer of biscuits, a layer of cheese paste, spread all over the mold

Refrigerate overnight, unmold, sift an appropriate amount of cocoa powder, wrap a circle of biscuits, tie with a ribbon, and decorate (haha~ the biscuits are floating and you can see their shape)
