Prepare all ingredients: chop tofu, minced meat, shiitake mushrooms and pickled mustard, mince ginger

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant, add minced meat and stir-fry, add chopped mushrooms and mustard and stir-fry quickly, add a little salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, set aside

Crush the tofu with a spoon

Add the fried minced pork

For good looks, I added some grated carrots and stirred evenly

Then press it flat and compact, (it must be pressed tightly, otherwise it will affect the taste). Boil the water in the steamer and steam for about 15 minutes (I steamed it in a bowl, but it only takes about 10 minutes to steam it on a plate)

After steaming, take it out and invert it on a plate, pour in sesame oil, light soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion
