[Shredded Pork with Green Pepper]---My daughter’s favorite side dish
Overview
Shredded pork with green pepper, a delicacy full of mother's taste. Ever since I can remember, when I was a child, it has been on the New Year's Eve dinner table every year. It is my favorite and my mother's specialty. Nowadays, this is my daughter’s favorite food and what I am best at. It will still be indispensable during the New Year’s Eve dinner. I like to put it at the end, both as an appetizer and as a meal. My daughter often happily says: Mom’s taste is the most beautiful taste in the world.
