Cold jellyfish
Overview
When summer comes, I don’t want to go into the kitchen to cook. I always hope that the simpler the better, so cold dishes are the best choice. The little cold dish I made today is very simple. The jellyfish head is chewy and crispy, and tastes sour and sweet. It is appetizing and goes very well with rice.
