West Lake Beef Soup
Overview
West Lake Beef Soup is a traditional famous dish of the Han people in the Jiangnan area and belongs to Hangzhou cuisine. My family likes to drink soup, so there are various kinds of soups on the table. Today I bought tenderloin beef, paired it with eggs, mushrooms and coriander, and made this soup. It is mellow, smooth, delicious and refreshing in color. It is indeed very popular.

Chop the beef into minced meat, add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes

Finely dice the mushrooms, mince the coriander, and mince the ginger

Boil water in a pot, add beef, shiitake mushrooms and minced ginger, cook for 3 minutes after the water boils
