Rice cooker with mutton

I use pure Sézinar grassland lamb. The meat is fresh and tender, has a good taste and is easy to cook.

Cut the carrots, onions, and potatoes into small pieces, slice the ginger, and cut the mutton into small pieces.

Pour salad oil into the wok. When the oil is hot, add ginger slices, onions, carrots and mutton and stir-fry for a few times

Stir fry a few times, add braised soy sauce and cumin powder

Stir well and add appropriate amount of salt to taste. Add more salt because rice will be added later

Add rice and water to the rice cooker according to the instructions, then pour the fried mutton into it, stir it slightly, cover the lid and choose to cook rice

After cooking rice, open the lid, stir, and serve
