Kiwi shaped cookies
Overview
My favorite thing about baking is making biscuits, because biscuits are simple to make and take a short time, but they taste amazing. Moreover, the biscuits are easy to shape. Looking at the cute biscuits in various shapes will make you feel better and better. This kiwi fruit-shaped biscuit is easy to make. It takes a little time to stick the sesame seeds, but when you see the finished product, you feel that the hard work is worth it. @acaNorth American Electrical Appliances, does my kiwi cookie look like it?

Add the egg yolk liquid in two batches, beating evenly each time.

Eggs and butter are fully blended.

Sift in the flour.

Take 60g of dough and knead it into a small round. Add 4g of matcha powder to the remaining dough and knead it into a green dough.

Roll the original dough into a cylinder about 18cm long and place it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 minutes. Place cling film under the green dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a 28cm*28cm piece. Wrap the original dough with green dough and roll tightly into a round shape.

Take out the chilled dough and cut into rounds of similar size.

Place on the baking sheet, dip a toothpick in sesame seeds and place on top of the original color dough.

After preheating the aca oven to 165 degrees, put the biscuit embryos and bake for about 18 minutes. You can cover them with tin foil in the last few minutes to prevent them from getting too dark.
-
After baking, carefully remove and cool, then seal and store. Doesn’t it look like a kiwi fruit?
